STAC's name describes the work: secretarial, taxation and accounts.
On the secretarial side, we incorporate companies with the SECP and keep them compliant afterwards, covering annual returns, changes in directors and shareholding, and statutory registers and minutes.
On taxation, we file income tax returns and wealth statements, register businesses for sales tax with the FBR and provincial authorities, file monthly returns, and reply to notices and represent clients in audits and appeals.
On accounts, we keep monthly books, prepare financial statements and run payroll, so every tax and corporate filing rests on accurate numbers.

Shahab Hassan Aabdani is a Chartered Certified Accountant and an active member of the Karachi Tax Bar Association, with more than 11 years of experience in accounting, tax advisory, tax audits and business registrations.
